Purchaser
Responsibilities
Purchasing Order Handling
- Inquiry-handling including supplier-selection with SAP.
- Price comparison and supplier decision considering defined factors.
- Price negotiations with suppliers.
- Order-handling with SAP.
- Delivery time observation, updating the delivery time information into SAP.
- Communication with 3PL partner to make sure goods on board in time.
Others
- Data maintenance of sourcing-information.
- Support of activities for expanding volume with existing suppliers.
- Other assignment may needed by Strategic Purchasing Manager.
Qualification and experience
- At least 3 years work experience, ideally in purchasing roles (purchase order handling
experience is a must).
- Details-driven, process-driven and a self-disciplined attitude is very important for this position.
- Fasteners or C-parts experience is an advantage for this position.
- SAP or other ERP experience is preferred.
- Rich experience for Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Excellent communication-influencing and problem solving skills.
Education
- Bachelor or above degree with major in trading or business.
Language
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (Must). German is plus.
- Native is Chinese

Additional Capability
- Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.
- Able to work structural
- Skilled in purchasing and supplier development tools
- Strong team work spirit and interpersonal skills.
