岗位职责内容：
Responsible for the Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and IT divisions:
? Responsible for preparing the annual financial statements
? Jointly responsible for controlling, reporting and operational planning
? Responsible for human resources management
? Responsible for the IT division in close coordination with the headquarter
? Responsible for implementing and optimising internal processes
? Cooperating with external partners from the auditing, human resources and IT sectors
? Assisting with contract management

Profile
? Degree in business administration specialising in accounting/finance
? Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a similar position in an international environment, at least 5 years of which in a managerial capacity
? Experience of supporting the implementation of an ERP system, ideally as project manager
? Team player with excellent communication skills and a high degree of assertiveness
? Conceptual and structured thinker with a strong affinity for numbers
? Willing to travel
? Very good command of English
? Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of SAP
