Key skills :
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken (Chinese and English)
- IT knowledge - basic understanding of ITIL, basic know how of Ticketing tool
- Good command of Ms.Office, with basic analytical ability
- Team work, proactive, passionate, self-motivated, process improvement, quick learner, coordination skills, positive attitude, goal oriented, customer centric approach, active listening and problem solving
- Easy understanding of varied accents in English.
- Flexible to work in shifts from 8:00-17:00, 10:00 – 19:00, 13:00-22:00 Shanghai Time.
Add-Ons :
- Knowhow of Procurement or Supply Chain Management
- Foreign languages ( Japanese / Thai / French / Spanish )
- ITIL Certification
Experience & Education Background:
- Working experience: 0~2 years
- Education background: Bachelor Degree
