职位描述：
Position Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Shanghai, China

Business: Customer service for electronic clients

Reports To: Customer Service Manager, China Region

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Order & delivery management
? Order maintained in ERP system, stock management
? Managing samples request from customers and delivery
? Shipping and logistics daily operation and documents submitting
? Communicate with sales and Headquarter to satisfy customer

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor's degree or above
? 5 years experience in relevant customer service position
? Proficient in English and Chinese
? Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skill
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills 举报 分享
