全球最大游戏公司人力资源专员岗位 (8个月短期岗位)
工作职责
收集每月员工工资变化,完成工资相关报表制作
负责人力资源系统员工资料录入及管理
员工入职离职的办理，及日常报销相关工作
人员档案管理
人事系统的管理与维护，包括人员新建以及人员信息的跟新等
协助开展员工生日会及其它团建活动
协助开展培训相关工作
外籍员工个税申报及本地员工个税申报跟进
外籍员工工作证申请，跟新及注销及员工签证申请
员工居住证积分及居转户申请及更新
每个月工资的计算检查以及相关表格的制
直接主管分配的其它人力资源相关工作
任职要求
？ 本科及以上学历
？ 2年及以上人力资源相关工作经验，其中至少有一年以上薪酬福利相关工作经验
？ 熟悉人力资源相关法律法规
？ 英语流利，能够使用英语作为工作语言
？ 熟悉办公软件，熟练使用Excel
？ 良好的沟通交流能力及逻辑分析能力
？ 注重细节
？ 热爱游戏
HR Specialist-8 Months Short Term
Responsibilities:
? Deal with staff’ s all kinds of question about HR
? Handling staff’ s onboard and resignation procedures and apply for all kinds of reimbursement
? Ensure p-file is well-organized
? Maintain HR information system and ensure the information is updated in a timely manner and correct
? Assisting organizing staff activities, such as monthly birthday party and other related team building
? Provide support on HR training
? Process expat’s IIT monthly declaration through e-tax system and follow up local staff’s IIT declaration
? Provide support to expatriates on working compliance matters (eg. Visa application, work permits application, renew &cancellation), assisting local staff’ s business visa application
? Local staff’s residence permits integral and registered permanent residence related work
? Work with outsourced HR agency process payroll and other payroll related matters
? Other tasks assigned by HR Manager
Experiences/Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above
? 2+ years of related working experiences in multinational companies, including at least 1 year in C&B related area
? Fluent English in oral and business writing, can support native English speaking users.
? Good at MS office and proficient in Excel is a must
? Be familiar with Labor law, labor contract law, individual income taxation regulation, and other C&B regulations
? Good communication skills, logical and analysis thinking
? Demonstrates attention to detail
? Passion for games is a plus
