SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this job is to take responsibility of Linx China business growth, focusing on existing coding and marking products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Customer Side
- Target segments, potential, penetration strategy
- Products’ key features & price expected
2.Channel Side
- Evaluate existing channel capability, and train channel salesman
- Help channel colleague to develop new channel strategy
3.Competitor Side
- Key competitors’ profile: volume/segments/regions/channel/price/main features
4.Linx Side
- Assist GM to build annual growth plan, and lead part of the initiatives
- Cross-functional cooperation with Sales/Marketing/Technical Support, to implement the plan
- Guide/support salesman with opportunity identifying, valuable application knowledge
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year university;
- Major in Marketing or Engineering, MBA will be plus
- 3~5 years sales or marketing experience
- English, able to speak effectively before groups of customers or managers of organization.
