Report to: Logistics Manager
Location: Shanghai
Subordinate: None
Responsibilities:
1) New project/customer launch management
-Work with Plant/Project/Sales team to complete logistics solution, packing/label, order rule, document standard, customer system and other special customer requirements;
-Lead weekly meeting to share new project status, check readiness, highlight risk;
-Visit and build relationship with new customer;
-Monitor and coordinate the issues when new project SOP;
-Optimize/Smooth the process/workflow with new customer and business partner. Build standard operation process for new business.
2) Forecast management
-Analysis of sales/shipment, predicting of sales trend, rationalization of customer’s SO/forecast to keep our action close to truth. Highlight outstanding changes;
-SOP/EOP management based on forecast;
-Compare/analyze the difference between actual delivery and forecast data; Optimize forecast data and update in ERP.
3) Sales order treatment
-Receiving and checking sales order from customers, making acknowledgement, following up the arrivals in customer side and feedback afterwards;
-Implementation of rescheduling if necessary. Digging reasons behind the change and inputting them into our material/production planning process;
-Handle the urgent order/delivery properly – Minimize the additional cost to meet customer’s requirements. Smooth the order process in future;
-Handling customers’ special requirements, including complaint, goods return/replacement, packaging issue, quality issue…etc
4) Shipment
-Organize forwarder/subcontractors to ensure daily shipments on time with competitive cost; improving OTD performance step by step;
-Taking special care of whole shelf life cycle of products;
-Managing returnable box in compliance with customers’ requirements and company’s need.
5) Customer relation management
- Keep proactive communication with customers both externally and internally, to present a professional image of the company, and to properly treat problems with the goods in case of happening;
- Understanding and respecting the culture diversity in customers;
- Regular visiting to customer. Build reliable relationship with customer.
6) ERP operation
-SO/Forecast upload, SO release, delivery plan based on ERP. Weekly, Monthly sales/delivery summary/report. Take part in the ERP improvement program.
Performance Indicators and Objectives:
-New project delivery in control;
-Demanding accurate;
-Emergency delivery avoidance;
-Key customer MMOG score;
-Team satisfaction;

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, logistics or related majors;
-More than 8 years’ experience in logistics/supply chain function in auto industry;
-More than 3 years’ experience of project launch management/coordination;
-Well understanding of supply chain planning and strong analysis ability;
-Well understanding of auto OEM system, workflow, standard;
-Quick respond to solve the problem, excellent cross function communication skill;
-Language of Mandarin and English is a must, Korean is a plus;
-Proficiency in computer operations, especially Microsoft Excel and ERP (Oracle, SAP…);
-Be proactive and willing to work under pressure.
