职位描述：

JD:

1. 根据管理目标，建设并推进全员生产维修制度，完善与执行设备年度维护计划。
Set up and push on TPM system, consummate and execute annual maintenance plan according to the goal of management.

2. 管理与监督维修团队; 及时完成设备应急维修以确保生产的连续性。
Supervise and monitor maintenance team； finish in time all unplanned Corrective Maintenance on all Machines & Equipments in Factory to ensure the continuous productivity.

3. 协助管理合规及公司规则的遵守；协调内部及外部供应商完成维修工作，并达到公司关于质量，生产效率及成本的要求。
Assist in the compliance management and regulations of company; coordinate activities with internal and external supplier in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and costs.

4. 负责生产设施备品备件的管理计划与风险评估，制定备品备件的安全库存管理。
Make plans on management of spare parts, set up safety stock management regulations according to the results of risk assessment.

5. 负责公司固定资产的管理
manage fixed assets of the plant

6. 负责公共设施的风险管理与维修工作；从设备角度协助完成EHS方面工作。
Be responsible for the risk management and maintenance on equipment & public facilities of company; assist to execute EHS work related to the equipment side.

7. 参与公司相关项目工作,包括关键设备，公共设施及维护过程优化。
Assist in the project, including key equipment, public facilities and maintenance process optimization.

8. 完成领导交给的其他任务
finish the tasks coming from manager

Skilled Required:

1. 长期的设备维护经验； 2年以上团队管理经验。
Long term experience in machining Maintenance function；above 2 years experience in management side.

2. 大专或以上学历， 机电一体化相关背景; 熟悉西门子及三菱等品牌可编程序控制器。
College’s degree or above, Technical background in mechanical-electrical integration ; be familiar with PLC, Siemens and Mitsubishi series.

3. 理解一般机械设备原理; 有工装夹具设计能力。
Understand the general principle of machinery; ability to design fixture etc.

4. 良好的合作意识与团队领导
team player and team leader

5. 较好的书面英语, 口语流利。
fluent English in written and oral

6. 具有一定的精益生产知识.
Knowledge of lean production.
