Job Title: Office Assistant - BJ

Reports to: HR & Office Manager


General Description

IMAX China Beijing Office is hiring an Office Assistant. The purpose of this role is to provide daily administrative support for employees in Beijing office. This role is also required to provide event assistance to Marketing & PR Department for film events.


Responsibilities

? Performing standard office tasks which include greeting and screening visitors, checking and distributing documents; booking meeting rooms;
? Responsible for express, mailing, courier for all staff;
? Liaise with property management of Beijing office and suppliers for office equipment maintenance;
? Ensure enhance office security and housekeeping;
? Ensure office facilities in good operation, e.g. printers, copier, fax machine, stationary, etc.;
? Responsible for the documentation circulation between Beijing & Shanghai offices;
? Help organize employee activities & events for IMAX Beijing Office;
? Provide assistance to IMAX events and screenings;
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Education & Experience

? Bachelor degree;
? At least 1-year working experience as an assistant in Multinational enterprises, experiences with PR/Event Company is preferred;
? Good written and spoken English;
? Good PC Skills, e.g. MS Office (Word, Excel);
? Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
? Enthusiastic for work and sense of responsibility;
