1. Responsible for department reporting and scorecard compilation and database maintenance

2. Daily update production related reports and follow up if needed

3. Maintain value center monthly attendance and overtime record and provide monthly report to related department

4. Meeting and travel arrangement, office supplies management

5. Other tasks assigned by the manager.


2. Describe the Person

1). Technical secondary school or above;

2). Have more than 1 year relevant working experience;

3). Fluency in both written and oral English;

4). Good at communication skills;

5). Good command of Microsoft Office application

6). Team player, proactive and attention to details
