职位描述：
1. Responsible Area One
Major Action: Complaint/QNC handling
How will success be measured:
Review the complaints assigned to China and assign complaints to proper QA window;
Issue SCAR and send it to the contract manufacturer;
Follow up the SCAR completion per requirements.

2. Responsibility Area Two
Major Action: Systems data tracking analysis
How will success be measured:
Run data from quality related systems;
Analyze data as required;
Track the data trend and alert when necessary.

3. Responsibility Area Three
Major Action: Document control
How will success be measured:
Keep and store relevant records according to applicable requirements.
Distribute HYH’s documents and specifications/drawings to contract manufactures according to procedure / per request.
Follow up the acceptance status of each documents distribute and make sure it is a closed loop.


4. Responsible Area Four
Major Action: Office work support

How will success be measured:
Assist for meeting arrangement / scheduling.
Assist for business trip coordination / scheduling.

5. Responsible Area Five
Major Action: Other work assigned by the Quality Manager

How will success be measured:
Completion of support or task.

Qualifications / Education / Experience / Skills Required
Essential: Mandatory to ensure the job is done effectively and efficiently
？ Basic knowledge on quality system, such as ISO9001, ISO 13485, etc.
？ Experience in the areas of office assistant, statistical analysis will be preferred.
？ English skills in writing, reading and speaking.
？ Experienced in using Microsoft office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Desirable: Not essential but generally considered to be required to do the job proficiently.
