ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT & CASHIER– JOB PROFILE
Job Objective:
Achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Achieve highest customer satisfaction.
Establish a uniform image of the Group worldwide.
Job Description:
- Cashier
Make payments to suppliers.
Deal with daily money in-out and make cash journal and bank journal
Monthly cash stock take.
- Tax refund process
Purchase data management for asking VAT invoices from supplier
Receive VAT invoices from supplier and perform the VAT verification
VAT tax refund process
- Account reconciliation with suppliers
Get account statement from supplier and make account reconciliation according to that
Make sure the date in ERP system of suppliers is 100% correct with the record of suppliers.
- Corporate with other departments to achieve company goals
- Other tasks assigned by the financial manager

Salary:
Base Monthly Salary (before taxes) – RMB 4,300.00
Skills:
Accounting education background with basic accounting certificate.
Fluent in Chinese and English.
Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent time management skills.
Highly energetic and self-starter.
Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
Should be honest, patient, and accurate.
Experience with enterprise software solutions.
Self –responsible, Independent, interested in professional growth, suggesting solutions to problems and obstacles.
