岗位要求：
a. Critical Competency / 关键能力
- Good understanding in the Processes related to BIW ,and new technology.
- 精通白车身工艺流程和新技术新设备。
- Guide newer coworker to solve question.
- 能够按给定的标准来制定系统的解决方案
-Able to independently finish proposal, inquiry, and calculate cost.
- 能够独立的完成方案报价，技术答疑，成本计算。
b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
- Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant education, and over 5 years work experience
- 本科及其以上学历，机械或相关的专业，超过5年的工作经验
- Minimum 5 years practise of using AutoCAD, Microstation, CATIA, and/or UG, Process Design/Process Simulation, RobCAD, and/or Delmia
- 至少5年使用AutoCAD、Microstation、 CATIA和/或者UG、PD/PS、RobCAD和/或Delmia
- Minimum 5 years line builder proposal work experience
- 至少5年白车身方案规划的工作经验
- Good at MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
- 能很好地使用微软Office办公软件: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English,Chinese mother tongue
- 有很好的英语口语表达能力且写作能力，母语为汉语
- Ability to work under pressure
- 能在压力下工作

主要职责：
- According to RFQ,analyze product data and make perfect proposal to customer, include cycle time ,layout ,simulation, equipment list.
- 根据得到的RFQ，分析产品数据，做出优秀的方案给客户，方案至少包含节拍计算，布置图，重点工艺仿真，设备清单。
Participating in customer/supplier technical meeting, give a good feedback about customer any question.
- 参加技术交流，很好的解答客户的任意疑问。
- Responsible for secretary of all the job related confidential information
- 负责与职位相关机密信息的保密
- Preparation of proposal and all related electrical proposal documentation for bidding and
- 准备公开招投标所需的所有资料。
- Organizing and managing inquiries, and get competitive quotation from suppliers
- 组织和管理询价，并从供应商处获取有竞争力的报价
- Cost estimation, calculation, report and quotation preparation on mechanical portion along with electrical portion
- 与电气部分同步，进行机械部分的成本评估、计算、汇报和报价准备
- Reporting quotation events and problems to management
- 适时地报告报价进程及在其出现的问题
- Managing project data and documents in both electric and hard copy version
- 管理电子版的和纸质版的项目数据和文档
- Interfacing with project team members to hand-over and kick-off project on time
- 能与项目团队成员很好的沟通协调使得项目能准时移交和启动
- The employee must perform tasks that correspond to the type of the position or become necessary as a result of company business
- 员工必须执行与该职位相符合的或者公司业务要求所必须的其它任务
