职位描述：
职位要求：
1）保持现有设备处于良好和安全的运行状态。
2）基于绩效、质量及节能的需要，运用新的技术或实践行动对机器或设施进行持续改进。
3）维护维修系统，制定预防性保养计划和备件计划。
4）与供应商和承包商密切合作，协助采购管理相关供应商。
5）规范固定资产，包括联系运营和NPD团队（新产品开发）。
6）定期检查基础设施，以达到预计的要求，保证充足的供应。
7）控制维修保养预算符合既定水平。
8）负责备件的管理。
9）负责电气设备的维修和保养。
10）负责厂务电气设施的维修和改进。
11）承担任何其他任务要求，确保高效运行等制造业的持续改进项目的支持。

职位所需资格和能力
1.学历要求：本科以上学历，电气自动化，机电一体化专业，。
2.工作经验要求：三年以上自动化和成型厂工作经验，至少一年管理经验。
3.电脑能力要求: 熟练运用办公室自动化软件
4.英语能力要求：优秀的英语能力，能与西方同事或供应商沟通
5.沟通能力：很好的沟通能力
6.其他能力和技能：
a.熟悉PLC、变频器和设备设施问题的解决。
b.了解TPM。
c.很好的学习能力和学习态度

Job Description
1)To maintain all installed machinery in good and safe operating condition for production at customer requirements level and at budgeted or improved performance levels.
2)Continuous improvement of machinery and facility by using new technologies or group best practices where required for performance, quality and energy saving.
3)Maintain Maintenance management systems to monitor workload and costing analysis and allocation. Make up and implement the preventive maintenance plan and spare part plan.
4)To work closely with Suppliers and Sub contractors both current and prospective, assist purchasing department for quotation negotiations and contracts.
5)Specification of Capital equipment including working in conjunction with operations and NPD teams (New product development).
6)Regular reviews of site infrastructure in relation to current and projected demands ensuring adequate provision.
7)Control of the Repairs and Maintenance budget and Capital project costs to approved target levels.
8)Be responsible for spare parts management.
9)Be responsible for the electrical equipment maintain, repair.
10)Be responsible for facility electrical maintenance and improvement.
11)Undertake any other tasks as required to ensure the efficient running of manufacturing such as continuous improvement project support.

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile:
1.Education：Bachelor degree of automation or electrical.
2.Working experiences:Above 3 years work experiences in automation line or the injection machine factory, and at least one year for management.
3.Computer skills:Skillful at Excel, Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
4.English skills:Excellent English, can work with western colleague and supplier .
5.Communication skills:strong communication skill
6.Other capability and skill
a.Familiar with PLC, VFD and equipment (hands on) and facility issue problem solving
b.Knowledge of TPM
