职位描述：
Asia Admission Manager
 
emlyon business school Asian Campus is developing its student recruitment activity in Asia. To support the new development, we are recruiting a new Admission Manager for Asia territory, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Corporate Relations.
 
The responsibilities are (but not limited to):
 
1/ Prospects’ follow up:
- Following up of all the prospects from Asia (excluding China) of all programs, from BBA to masters and MBA
- Following up of all the international applicants residing in China
Content:
- Keep prospects posted about all the important recruitment dates and events (email, phone, social media…)
- Reply to prospects’ enquiries about the school and programs
- Maintain regular and individual contacts with “hot” prospects

2/ Cooperation with agents in Asia: Work with our agents in Asia, provide all the necessary promotion supports

3/ Candidate’s follow up:
Once the prospects turn into candidates, the admission officer is in charge of the admission process:
- Evaluating candidates’ application documents
- Organisation of interviews
- Distribution of admission results
- Following all the admitted candidates, be responsible of the conversion rates
- Help the enrolled students for their visa application and administration process

Profile required:
Hard skills
- Bachelor's degree (or above)
- Minimum 3-year of working experience
- Written and spoken mastery of Chinese & English language – French will be a big plus
- Experience in related fields will be a plus
 Soft skills

- Service oriented, patient, care for details and care for people
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
