教育程度/ 经验：1. 机械或机电或电子专业，大专或以上学历；2. 两年或以上制造业设计或工艺方面工作经验；
专业能力： 1. 熟练使用AutoCAD进行制图；2. 熟悉至少其中一项电子行业、线束制造行业所涉及的主要制造工艺；
综合能力/ 素质：1. 具备良好的沟通协调能力；2. 具有较强的实际动手能力；3. 英语熟练
岗位要求：
1、完成分管的新产品从试制到批产的原料、工艺、工装治具、设备的准备工作；
2、协助采购部对外购产品的质量进行控制、追溯和提高；
3、制定分管产品的作业指导书、消耗定额、检验标准，包装运输规范等相关技术文件；
4、记录、汇总、跟踪并解决产品开发过程中出现的问题点，拟定整改方案并汇报给工程经理后验证实施；
5、详细记录新产品的开发过程，做到可追溯，完善产品图纸；
6、根据产品技术标准，编制各个阶段工艺流程文件，进行测试流程规划；
7、负责收集老产品的不良信息，制订改善计划于措施，负责改善的验证及工程更改；
8、对不合格品进行分析、找出不合格原因，并采取预防和纠正措施；
9、完成领导交给的临时任务。
