Key Responsibilities
? Establish business relationship with manufacturers, e.g. Volvo China,
? Work closely with manufactory brand field teams and share common resources where it is possible, including but not limited to regular meetings, reports, co-operated sales and promotion strategies
? Explore and acquire new business apart from Volvo
? Develop sales plan / sales campaign /sales pitch for both mandatory and optional warranty sales, monitor daily sales operation
? Visit dealers on regular basis and establish working relationship with dealer shareholder, group director, general manager and all relevant members in sales, marketing, aftersales, call center, finance and operation, etc..
? Design training materials, schedule and coordinate on training sessions, deliver training courses and ensure there is sufficient follow-up.
? Contribute to establish dealer sales process, KPIs and incentive schemes, sales and marketing strategy, and work closely with dealer management to achieve performance targets, understand their issues and resolve issues in a timely manner.
? Understand customer issues, concerns and complaints and support manufacturer / dealers to resolve effectively and efficiently.
? Gathering competitors information and marketing activities.

? Outstanding relationship management and networking skills with the ability to establish credibility, influence senior managers and build strong commercial relationships
? Strong organisational and planning skills including, the ability to work on a range of projects/tasks and to be able to establish priorities so that results are delivered and deadlines are met
? Enthusiastic, flexible, resilient and capable of using own initiative
? High standard of personal presentation and the ability to present to all levels
? Ability to collect, collate, understand and evaluate information including financial data with good attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience
? Good general education – degree/equivalent and/or relevant career experience
? Driving licence (full and clean is desirable)
? Minimum of 4-5 years working experience in related industry with minimum 1 year management experience. Experience in both customer management and field sales would be advantageous
? Ability to demonstrate a proactive, professional and customer focused approach to managing existing customers
? Experience of preparing presentations and presenting to a senior level audience
? Good understanding of the Motor Industry and/or Dealer knowledge
? High level of computer literacy/IT skills, including the ability to effectively use MS Office Packages (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
? Ability to work within a small team environment, managing high workload and supporting the work of other team members
? Experience of territory management and visit cycle planning
