职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Experience detail drafting for products for manufacturing.
2. Being innovative in the market to follow the trend.
3. Understan effect on cost of materials in development processes.
4. Collaorating with other department to best utilize the resources.
5. Knowledge and experience in manufacturing of metal and plastic.
6. Detailed knowledge of computer aided design (CAD), and experience using a solids-based CAD software package, i.e. NX, ProE.

Key Tasks:
1. Leading R&D efforts of ATM/CRS from concept to a full product.
2. Building and implementing a detailed engineering work plan to fulfil company's objectives.
3. Leading a group of engineers to complete projects by good quality and timing management.
4. Driving material cost down for better competitiveness in market.
5. Developing prototypes for range of products based on company's technology.

Professional Experience:
1. A profound knowledge of ATM/CRS with at least 15 years's experience in the industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
3. An inquiring mind, intense curiosity, and strong desire to innovate.
4. 10 years leadership experience.
5. Proven experience as a project manager with good supervisory and teamwork skills in a fast faced and challenging environment.
