职位描述：
Dept: Finance Dept.
Report to: Finance Controller of AGD Shanghai

Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:

? Initiate payment in e-banking system;
? Update and maintain petty cash/ bank account journal ledgers and other recordings;
? Complete payment transactions in computer system using defined computer programs (SAP B1);
? Reconciles records with bank statement and data in system at each month end and year end closing;
? Prepare weekly actual cash reports;
? Verify vendor bank information for new vendor or exiting vendor who changes bank information and maintain bank letters.
REQUIREMENTS:
? College/ Bachelor degree in Accounting
? A career appointment certificate is must
? Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.
? Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
? About 1 year working experience;
