职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
1) Order Management
- Responsible for order follow up from order issued to document dispatch after shipping; Work as the primary contact for supplier on operation issues
- Set order tracking milestone per project plan provided by merchandiser and control order on time shipping; Collect and monitor item status updated by Merchandising/QA/Packaging teams; Coordinate with Merchandiser/QA/Packaging/Logistics/Germany BM/PM & supplier for any issues related to on time shipping
- Alert the potential issue to related teams and supervisor; Analyze and keep tracking on the delay reason and work actively to solve the issue

2) Supplier and Logistic Service Provider Management
- Evaluate the supplier performance and arrange the supplier training and education
- Improve supplier performance by actively collecting production status and on-site production monitoring
- Monitor vendor on time booking, communicate with vendor, merchandising and QA to push for the order to be shipped on time; Push vendor to submit the shipping document on time, check and guide the supplier to correct the mistakes if found
- Monitor forwarder/carrier performance and report to the superior; Communicate with forwarder/carrier and Germany logistics team on the shipping issue settlement

3) Documentation and Data Maintenance
- Create FOB purchase orders in OTS system; Communicate with vendor on order confirmation
- Update daily Item & Order tracking report for Germany order, maintain and ensure the data accuracy
- Push vendor to submit the shipping document on time, check and guide the supplier to correct the mistakes if found
- SCM system maintenance
- Responsible for document filing

4) Other work assigned by Supervisor

Position Requirement:
- Diploma degree or above
- Over 2 years' relevant working experience in order follow up and export business, preferably in foreign sourcing office
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Quick reaction, proactive in problem solving, detail-orientated
- Good time management
