Responsibilities:
1.Delivering exceptional customer care by responding to questions in a timely manner;
2.Provide excellent and prompt service to incoming customer inquiries, by actively listening to customer's requests;
3.Grow and nurture customer relationships on each and every interaction that result in measurable value;
4.Maintain customer issue management system and update internal knowledge base according to it;
5.Generate issue report according to customer’s request and review it regularly;
6.Maintain acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality;
7.Serve as liaison with other departments to provide a seamless service experience;
8.Proactive emphasis on completing end to end service experience.
Qualifications:
1.College degree or above diploma in International Trade or, IT or related field;
2.1-3 years of import/export/IT/customs clearance related work experience;
3.Be patient, positive and strong customer satisfaction oriented attitude;
4.Excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing;
5.Effective communication skills, including the ability to deal with situations with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy.
