？ 9 Experience on working on site
有现场工作经验
？ 10Knowledge of BIW Process and relevant equipment
熟悉白车身的工艺及相关设备
？ 11 Knowledge of Microsoft office software products (Word，Excel and so on)
熟悉办公软件的使用

岗位职责
？ 1 Serving as mechanical PM in project，being responsible for all design scope of project

？ 4 Managing and supervising group leader，the in-house designer and suppliers in design
设计团队的管理，包含内部人员及外协
？ 5 Define the design specification and standard
制定设计规则及标准
？ 6 Support project design team make tooling concept design
帮助项目设计团队完成工装方案设计
？ 7 Support project design team make tooling detail design
帮助项目设计团队完成工装详细设计
？ 8 Project design team design quality and timing responsible
项目设计团队设计质量及进度负责
？ 9 Project design team training responsible
项目设计团队培训负责
？ 10 Submit weekly report to PM, showing current statue and risk

主要技术介绍：焊装夹具设计、装配、制造、电气标准柜铺设、安装、联网、PLC程序编程及调试、机器人程序编程调试、激光焊接编程调试、滚边及压边技术程序调试以及质量控制。公司目前有50多名业内经验丰富的资深工程师，包括白车身行业所需的各类工程师，包括前期方案报价，机械设计，工艺仿真，电气PLC软硬件设计与调试，机器人调试，现场安装与管理。
