职位描述：

Serves as Lead on assigned projects and develops the most cost-effective total project solution for execution work.

Lead duties include but are not limited to:

1. Working together with Commercial Project Manager to lead the project execution to achieve the KPI requirements;

2. Develop and update project management plan, including project schedule, cost plan, procurement plan, logistic plan & quality plan, etc.;

3. Supports proposal and estimate activities, develop and monitor manpower estimate forecasts, assigns work to team, interfaces with project disciplines/client representatives/construction, participates in equipment and material procurement activities, permitting activities and subcontracting activities;

4. Provides close interface with, and promotes the understanding of other discipline functions;

5. Regularly report to the Management Board for the execution of assigned projects;

6. Other related duties/functions as assigned.

Basic Requirements:
1. Certified PMP. Minimum of 5 years project management experience, with experiences of FGD projects in Power Industry preferred.
2. Design institute and/or international engineering company and/or EPC company work experience is preferred.
3. Good communication skills and good leadership skills.
4. Good English Speaking skills and ability to interface with multinational companies.
5. Able to travel and can work under pressure.
