职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责公司新建、改建工程项目整体运作和管理
负责编报新建、扩建、改建工程项目的设计方案和预算方案；
--按照基本建设有关规定和程序，组织公司新建、改造工程项目报批、勘察、设计、施工、监理等工作；
--协助组织、参与公司基本建设项目的招标、评标和合同订立等工作；
--组织或参与基建工程项目合同的谈判、签订、履行、变更、结算支付、备案管理等工作；
--协调承包商、监理、设计及相关单位之间的关系；
--组织工程项目方案的内部预审、复审及施工准备工作；
--负责施工单位的进驻管理和总体安全工作；
--负责对工程项目的实施进度进行监督、跟踪、汇总和汇报
--负责建设工程项目全过程的质量、投资、工期等管理工作，办理竣工验收和交付使用手续；
--做好基本建设项目档案资料管理工作；
--协助EHS负责人接待政府各部门（消防、环保、卫生等）的执法检查并落实相关整改措施。
2、物业管理及设施管理
对于已建厂房设施中不合格项和需整改项进行跟踪并落实解决
--负责与物业（房东）的日常协调及费用办理;
--负责保障公司用水、电的供应工作并做好水、电的计量基础管理工作；
--负责办公设施，生活附属设施，采暖设施的日常管理，制定相应的维修保养计划，并组织实施。

工作要求：
大专以上学历, 工业管理、物流管理、项目管理等相关专业
5年以上相关工作经验
熟练操作计算机和常用办公、绘图软件
曾有从事新厂筹备、规划、工程建设及验收等工作，在与承包商和设计院合作方面有丰富经验者优先；掌握基建工程招标有关法规和程序，熟悉基建施工图纸，知晓工程预决算、质量监管、竣工验收等的程序和方法；具有较强的组织协调能力，责任心强和较强的成本控制意识 举报 分享
