2.回复客户咨询并推荐相关产品；
3.负责客户销售订单查询、修改，退、换货处理，及物流跟进工作；
4.应对顾客反馈的问题、收集意见及投诉并进行跟踪处理；
5.利用网络、电话等渠道与客户沟通安装及售后事宜。
任职要求
1.善于沟通，勤奋，能吃苦；有良好的职业操守。学历不限，关键是有上进心，学习能力强；
2.打字速度60字/分钟；
3.熟悉网购流程，有 一定网络销售技巧，能妥善处理各种售前问题；
4.有良好的团队合作精神，能吃苦、能长期稳定工作，具备很强的主动服务精神。
