采购主管Purchasing Supervisor

主要工作职责Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the effort in reviewing and developing the purchasing policy for the school;
2. Lead the effort in reviewing and unifying the purchasing process for the school to be fluent and efficient;
3. Source out and develop an on-line purchasing system for both purchasing and inventory management;
4. Oversee and manage the Purchasing Process in Secondary Campus, making sure the process follows the school policies and purchasing policy;
5. Develop and maintain the internal purchasing catalogue/guideline for the staff members;
6. Develop and maintain a resourceful pool of vendors and suppliers.


招聘要求Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Experienced in Purchasing management; 5+ years preferred, and international school purchasing experience preferred;
3. Fluent in English and capable for handling overseas orders;
4. Good people and communication skills and good organization skills.
