Position Requirements: Education / Experience:

1.College or university graduated, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or similar.

2.At least 3years metal assembly QE working experience in a similar function in a technical/industrial environment

3.Good knowledge on drawing reading and quality tools, etc.

4.Conduct continues improvement activities to improve first pass yield.

5.Organize the related department to solving quality issue

6.Good English language skills(speaks, reads and writes English)

7.Quality Auditing Tools, Quality Systems Standards (ISO9000, TS16949, TL900O, ISO13485), Reliability and Failure Analysis. Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Principles and Concepts, Continuous Improvement Tools

8.Quality Auditing and Assessment, Problem Solving, Effective Communication, Analytical, Critical Observation, Computer manipulation, Time management, Effective presentation, Project management, Information management.

Position Description:

1.According to customer specifications and drawing to prepare inspection check list and inspection criterion.

2.Train operator and QC for quality specifications or quality issue

3.Lead team to handling nonconforming products by daily)

4.Lead team to handling customer complaint, skilled use fishbone, 5why and other tools to analyze quality issue, and complete 8D report.

5.Identifies common product issues and drives process improvement

6.Do product audit and process audit

7.Handling RMA product

8.Facilitates issuance of internal corrective action Requests (CARs) to address problems promptly and effectively

9.Presides over meetings (as needed)

10.Do weekly or monthly report
