1. Provides manufacturing feasibility assessments and capital cost estimates for utilities, facilities and grounds related projects.
为公用设施、设施及外围场地相关项目提供制造可行性评估及资金成本估算。
2. Responsible for utilities and facilities support of capital projects, including design and equipment and instrumentation selection, creation HVAC, compressed air and electrical drawings, preparing equipment and construction bid specifications; and acquisition, installation, start-up of utilities equipment, troubleshooting, creation and the training of line supervisors, operators and maintenance personnel.

3. Responsible for managing portions of or entire capital projects including cost, schedule and resources (internal and contractors), as well as leading multi-functional teams in project execution.

4. Responsible for developing processes suitable for implementation in a manufacturing facility within the required project timetable.

Requirements任职要求:
1. Fluent English both in listening speaking and writing.
英语听说读写能力流畅。
2. Excellent leadership and decision making ability.
优秀的领导能力和决策能力。
3. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.

4. Must be open to and comfortable with change.
必须从容的适应变化。
5. Must be able to execute projects in a timely manner.

6. BS Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Food or Agricultural Engineering or BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent degrees.
化学、机械、食品、农业工程、电气工程、电气工程技术或相关专业学士学位。
7. 3 - 5 years in Utilities Engineering or Project Management.
3-5年的公共设施工程或项目管理经验。
8. Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Confectionery, Food, Consumer Goods and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
三年以上糖果，食品，消费品工作经验和/或医药行业工作经验者优先。
9. FMCG engineering project management experience is preferred. Experience at least one complete project.
有食品快消行业工程项目经验，并至少经历过一个完整项目者优先。
10. Fortune top 500 background is preferred.
有五百强企业工作背景者优先。
11. Knowledge of utilities unit operations.
