Key Responsibilities
? Lead manufacturing team in achieving timely order fulfillment with desired product quality and cost effectiveness.
? Develop manufacturing systems to assure schedule compliance, build in quality and waste prevention.
? Ensure product fully meets customer specification, internal workmanship, industry standards and in strict compliance to quality system and certification requirement.
? Ensure timely and effective execution of engineering changes.
? Provide leadership in overcoming manufacturing issues in material, process, quality and production.
? Monitor manufacturing performance indicators and deliverables and accountable for strict compliance to procedures and regulatory requirement.
? Take proactive and timely actions on negative trend.
? Ensure timely and cost effective problem resolution.
? Drive root cause analysis and system solutions to ensure effective execution of preventive and irreversible actions.
? Proactively identify and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction
? Continuously optimize manufacturing processes via Lean techniques.
? Responsible for production related elements in RPS & Strategic Deployment implementation, and productivity projects execution and monitoring.
? Drive production cost effectiveness and improvement.
? Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) and project management activities.
? Ensure workplace and workforce safety are not compromised at all time.
? Maintain clean and conducive work environment.
? Accountable for workforce discipline and Ethics compliance.
? Ensure all required documentation are timely and accurately updated and executed.
? Develop team of competent, disciplined and flexible workforce.
? Take proactive actions on training, coaching and counseling.
? Ensure and drive operation cost efficiency and effectiveness.
? Monitor cost closely and take proactive actions to drive cost improvement.
? Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations

Job Requirements & Skills
? Minimum Bachelor degree with preference on engineering .Master Degree would be an advantage.
? Min.12 years work experience in manufacturing environment with 5 years in leading production team in managing capacity.
? Proficiency in written and spoken English.
? Possesses good presentation and communication skills.
? Travel Frequency: travel as required by business.
