Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including calendar maintenance, scheduling meetings, phone coverage, travel arrangements and expense claims.
- Liaise with various departments to complete to coordinate
- Complete other administrative or project tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- College/Bachelor degree or above,
- 3-5 years of experience as Executive Assistant or team assistant
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English ability
- Initiative, discreet, independent and mature
- Excellent personality and able to interact with all levels within organization
- Attention to details and patient, result oriented
- Discretion and reliability in confidential matters.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
