Position Summary

We are currently looking to hire a Senior Project Engineer. This role will be responsible for new packaging project management (project plan, timeline, project monitoring/control and report). He/She will lead projects implementation in cross cultural and cross functional areas, and support on-site to ensure co-packer governance. This role will also be responsible for the master data setup and cost quotations.

Accountabilities

-Develop project plan, timeline, track and control new SKU launch activities to meet the requested ship date
-Work with the HKG team and co-packer on packaging development activities
-Organize kick-off meeting with internal customers (supply chain and marketing teams) and co-packer for every new project
-Review regularly with internal customers (supply chain and marketing teams) and co-packer on project progress and issue status reports
-Coordinate packed samples/mock-ups with co-packer
-Master data setup, BOM creation and request quotation from co-packer
-Day-to-day coaching, monitoring and supports to co-packer

Required Skills and Experience

-Degree in Engineering
-At least 3 years of experience in Project Management (covering planning, timeline management, execution, control, cost management)
-Experience within the Production/Manufacturing Industry at the machinery/equipment level
-Experience in working with subcontractors
-Knowledge in consumer products manufacturing/packaging will be an added advantage
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin a Must; Cantonese an advantage)
-Able to effectively manage projects and communicate with different nationalities and cultures
-SAP experience preferred
