职位描述：
Position Objective:
Conduct daily cash management activities and ensure an effective, compliant treasury operation

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily fund allocation and transfer report for instructions to FSSC and AMC of outgoing payments and cash deployment (20%)
- Support supervisor to develop, optimize and implement policy, process and controls around fund allocation / transfer and other cash management activities (20%)
- Be responsible for bank account management including rationalize bank account structure, follow up with account opening/closure applications, manage chart of bank accounts on in-house treasury system (20%)
- Support short term cash flow forecasting (e.g. weekly) feasibility studies and implementation; maintain accurate bank balance report (10%)
- Conduct FX affairs and other relative banking services management (10%)
- Be responsible for data and general management on treasury management system, support system development when and where assigned (10%)
- Other ad hoc project and BAU based tasks as designated by supervisors (10%)

Job Requirements:
Education – University graduate or above
Experience
- Minimum two or three years of related working experience in corporate treasury or finance functions, exposure in life insurance or banking industry is preferred;
- Proven skills in data processing and spreadsheet analysis;
- Understanding SAFE, PBOC and commercial bank’s rules and regulations about cash and banking management activities
- Good working relationship with SAFE/commercial banks is a plus
- Demonstrate “can-do” attitude and interpersonal skills in cooperation with other internal departments
Certifications/licenses – treasury relative professional certificates are preferred
Special skills
- Spreadsheet analytical
- Good communication skills of coping with finance and non-finance personnel at different levels
