职位描述：
Responsibilities:
The Service Engineer functions as local point of contact for service specific inquiries for sputtering and coating technologies. The incumbent is responsible for high quality service and support for customers in China.

Tasks:
The following tasks are performed at the customer sites:
Installations of the spuutering and coating machines
Phone, Mail and onsite support for the customers ( also after business hours )
Troubleshooting and analysis of issues
Support of customers for identifying issues, establish corrective actions
Communcation with service department of Headquarter
Reporting in accordance to company guidelines

Qualification and experience requirements:
Preferred Bachelor or higher.
Major in Mechanical automation
2+ years work experience in foreign or j/v company as Service Engineer
Very good knowledge of PC hardware and software (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, e-Mail)
Preferred Vacuum and PVD experience
Other requirements:
High ability to work independently and without direct support and supervision
Very good communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work and communicate with foreign nationals
High ability to conduct adequately to local and foreign behavior, high readiness to solve issues at any time
