Account Operator
An International Company is currently seeking high caliber to fill the following position:.
Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree preferred
? Software: MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), database proficiency
? Experience using ERP systems
? 2-3 years of Operations Management experience
? Strong attention to detail required
Order Processing Responsibilities :
? Enter Purchase orders and Sales Orders in Net Suite (ERP system)
? Releasing sales orders to warehouse in Net Suite for execution
? Validate and communicate past due Orders
? Upload freight costs, transfer orders, tracking information
? Update SOS expected ship dates
Inventory Responsibilities :
? Receive in inventory in Net Suite, complete Goods Receipt
? Container Tracking (Past Due POs)
? Weekly Open PO Reconciliation
? Update Warehouse Arrival Dates
? Weekly Inventory Reconciliation
Quality Support :
? Reverse Logistics – update open Returns pending to be received, send a report to customer service team of missing information in open Returns, verify open Returns have tracking information, update delivery date with warehouse
? Verify all cases closed on weekly basis, have valid pictures to support the case, communicate with customer service rep the list of cases missing pictures
? Verify all cases closed on weekly basis related to quality
? Run a weekly report, cases closed the week prior
New Product Support Responsibilities :
? Create new SKUs in Google spreadsheets and NetSuite.
? Set up new vendors in NetSuite.
? For New SKUs, candidate would enter Purchase price per vendor and the Sales price per channel.
Key Requirements:
? Written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese
? Must be flexible and willing to learn and change in a dynamic environment; ability to be creative with ideas to improve customer service and processes
? Phone / Email response service levels by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
? Work with colleagues and managers in identifying, testing, and implementing work process improvements.
? Retrieve data from various databases; prepare required reports
? Perform related duties, as assigned
? Strong attention to detail required
