职位描述：
？ 参与产品先期质量策划、解决产品样件阶段，小批量阶段、批量生产时的来料质量问题，指导来料质量检验员按照要求进行进货检验；
？ 当审核发现任何不遵守书面作业程序时, 有权明确通知该员工没有遵守书面作业程序，并且立即要求该员工纠正。
？ 负责来料质量数据分析，并根据分析的结果制定来料质量改进项目向有关部门发布，跟踪来料质量改进项目进度跟踪，对SQIE提交的供应商质量改进报告予以评审，并通过来料的质量情况确认供应商质量改进的效果；
？ 负责组织对来料不良品进行评审、处理及来料不良待处理品管理；
？ 负责来料检验指导书的编制、审核和更新；
？ 负责来料缺陷样件和极限样件的选择、判定以及维护；
？ 负责来料免检清单的更新、维护、发布；
？ 负责对来料检验员进行培训、来料检验员的作业观察以及制定来料检验员MSA检测计划并实施；
？ 负责对来料检验室量检具的点检，确保量检具的有效；
？ 协助上司完成来料检验室检验能力的规划；
？ 与质量工程师及相关人员的沟通协调，将有关的质量要求及时有效传达；
？ 负责来料质量记录的收集归档； 负责来料NCR报告及时开具及关闭；
？ 负责来料质量检查信息的有效传递；
？ 监督质量检验室及检验员的安全目标达成，安全规范遵守，
？ 在上司许可的范围内及时有效与其他部门沟通；
？ 完成领导安排的其它工作；
任职资格：
领导能力：良好的沟通、组织协调能力；
核心能力：良好的解决问题的能力；
专业/技术能力：接受过五大工具如FMEA、APQP、MAS、QFD，六西格玛等质量控制方法等方面的培训; 了解机械几何测量技术和控制要求，较强的机械识图能力和良好的学习能力。
基本要求：了解汽车行业质量管理的基本要求和基本的质量工具，编制控制计划和作业指导书、检验指导书的能力；
教育/资格：大学本科，机械或金属材料毕业，注册质量工程师、研究生优先；
工作经历：4年以上质量工作经验
