职位描述：
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
责任概要
制造/生产工程师负责新产品的工艺流, BOM等工作，同时负责对工艺，设备，模具以及工装夹具等持续改善项目；支持部门在安全、质量和环境等方面的管理，实现每年确立的目标。

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
主要工作职责
1.0 Product Technical Support 产品技术支持
a) Make quotation for new product, including process step and process time;
对于新产品报价，按照图纸预估需要的生产工艺步骤、工艺时间；
b) Set up routing and timesheet, and update the cost;
产品Routing以及工时等的设定，成本维护；
c) Record the standard working time for each product, and make optimized work analysis.
记录每个产品的标准工作时间,并做潜在优化分析
d) Draft annual training plan and submit to EP production manager for approval.
起草生产部门年度的培训计划，将计划提交给生产经理审核。
e) Control Mould inventory through counting and updating the mould list, Set up the Mould tracking log for each existing mould and ensures it is kept up to date
     控制模具库存和更新模具列表; 给每个现存的模具设立模具追踪记录， 确保及时更新
f) Sign and receive drawings from the R&D, Drawing management;
签署和接受图纸，负责生产部图纸管理
g) Normal/CNC Lathe machine process maintenance, cutting tool optimized and improvement.
车床加工工艺维护、刀具使用的优化改进
h) Track PU scrap usage status and calculate the savings monthly
CPU/TPU使用量追踪，及每月使用量计算，分析得失原因；
i) Participate in work shop 6S audit and improvement
参与车间的6S审核及改善；
j) Collect data for Production Manager to evaluate the training effectiveness.
为生产经理搜集技术信息，评估生产技术培训的有效性

2. Quality, process improvement质量、工艺持续改善
a) In charge of process, equipment, fixture, mold and tooling design and qualification; set up line, commissioning, adjusting to meet requirements and mass production;
工艺、设备、工装夹具等分析，参与生产线的优化，来持续改进生产线；

b) Support production line to do process failure analysis and product diagnosis. Continuously optimize process and CPK etc.
帮助生产线分析工艺失效原因，提高良品率，改善过程能力

c) To assist production manager in development of capacity plan, cycle time definition, resources planning and other staff plan requirement;
工艺时间测算及优化，提出人力资源优化的建议；

d) Lead continuous process improvement activities, 6S and other requirements (as required from time to time) at production floor to meet company's goals;
持续改善的工作，包括6S等活动来满足生产运营的需求；

e) Responsible for mechanical assembly process, study and ensure utilization of manpower, machine and equipment as optimized, participate new project launch, develop equipment engineering solutions
参与新项目的导入工作，提出意见，帮助设备、工艺、人力资源减少做改进；

f) Collect production orders attached file scrap PPM data, review and sent to Quality负责生产工单记录文件的搜集、整理，并转交质量部进行PPM数据分析


3. Maintenance, Health, Safety and Environment健康，安全和环境

a) Maintains a safe and healthy environment by following EHC Health & Safety policies and procedures and complying with current Health & Safety legislation. 负责维护一个安全而健康的工作环境通过执行EHC健康和安全政策和程序，并遵照当地健康安全法规
b) Follows EHC’s Environmental policies and procedures to reduce impacts to the environment.
遵守依合斯环境政策和程序，减少对环境的影响
c) Maintains quality service by following EHC standards and ISO procedures
根据依合斯标准和ISO程序维护质量服务
d) Schedule production plan well to reduce mold change to meet OEE goal
通过有序的生产计划减少模具的更换频率，以实现OEE目标
4. Professional & Technology Knowledge专业&技术知识
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; such casting, injection, and mechanical professional knowledge etc; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
参加教育培训班来维持专业的技术知识（如浇注、注塑、机加工等）；查阅专业报刊；建立个人通讯网络；以先进 的实践为基准；参加专业协会
5. HEALTH & SAFETY/CONFIDENTIALITY健康&安全/保密
a) Follows environmental and safety regulations and acts in compliance with PRC laws遵守环境和安全规章制度，依照中华人们共和国的法律来执行
b) Follows the EHC Knowledge Management procedures, sets and ensures access limits to certain users.
遵守EHC技能管理章程，设定并确保限定的用户权限
c) Safeguards all the EHC commercial information. 对EHC的商业信息保密

6. REPORTING汇 报
a) Submits priority lists to production manager for review on a weekly basis.
每周提交优先列表给生产经理管查阅

7. Team Effort 团队工作
Contributes to team effort by participating in work teams and accomplishing results as needed with the different facilities or departments
参与团队工作，和不同的设备或部门一起完成所需结果，为团队贡献力量

KEY ATTRIBUTES
任职资格
1. Education: College degree or above education;
教育：大专或以上学历，机械、机电或自动化专业为佳；
2. Good computer skills. Experience on ERP will be a plus;
良好的电脑技能。有ERP经验尤佳
3. Can read and write English well;
有英语的读写能力；
4. Preferably with 5 years of experience in production team, experience of production engineer/manufacture engineer will be preferred.
有5年生产的经验尤佳，有制造/生产工程师经验的优先；
5. Experience in (CNC) Lathe machine process
具有普通车床/CNC数控车刀具知识、经验；
6. Familiar with manufacture process, quality system
熟悉生产加工工艺，质量体系；
