职位描述：
This position is entirely responsible for product quality (yields) and production rate (schedule). A person in this position has 3 primary duties. First, to respond to daily process problems and analyze data and operator feedback to find a solution to the problems or ways to prevent the problems from happening again. Second, to identify new ways to improve the process (better yields, better quality etc.) and to propose detailed plans for how to make these improvements. Third, to continuously monitor process data (machine operator reports, yields etc.) to predict possible performance issues and to propose a plan to fix the issues when they may happen.
1.？ Respond to daily process problems and analyze data and operator feedback to find a solution to the problems or ways to prevent the problems from happening again.
？ Constantly try to identify new ways to improve the process (better yields, better quality etc.) and to propose detailed plans for how to make these improvements.
？ Continuously monitor process data (machine operator reports, yields etc.) to predict possible performance issues and to propose a plan to fix the issues when they may happen.
？ Complete a weekly quality overview report that will be submitted to the K2-Henderson technical/quality teams.
？ Complete a daily process report, which can be a basic email to your manager and key K2 technical/quality personnel to explain any major problems identified, attempted solutions, and any process changes that occurred. Also update shared spreadsheets on the K2 Server daily to keep production/shipping information up-to-date.
？ Confirm weekly production schedules with DLG staff, including signing all schedule requests and new build cards.
？ Participate in daily production schedule/yield update meetings, and weekly production meetings.
？ Troubleshoot machine problems or other process issues that affect production speed or product quality. To do this, you must be adaptable and able to learn about new machines to assist factory staff in troubleshooting the machines.
？ Respond professionally to tasks that are assigned to you, and keep any task assigner updated.
？ Cross-train with other Process Engineer(s) so that all will have an equal understanding of the process/job duties of each other. Being a Process Engineer means you need to work in and understand the entire process, not separate sections, due to the small scale of the process at this factory.
？ Be available via email or phone to respond to production problems during non-working hours.
？ Be a good “team player,” which means being humble and willing to assist other members of the team with their own duties, including assisting them directly without first needing the task redirected to you through your manager.
? Must have functional English communication skills (both verbal and written) and
