职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY TASKS
? Perform a variety of more complexes or specialized legal activities in accordance with the established standards of the legal profession to protect 3 China legal entity’s reputation and business interests and help ensure it complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
? Review and approve legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters (for example loans, leases, purchase agreements, acquisitions, divestitures, employment contracts) to protect the 3 China legal entity’s legal and business interests.
? Independently identifies and quantifies legal risks on routine matters including creating options or alternatives to appropriately balance risk and business objectives.
? Provide legal advice and counsel within area of expertise to functional or operational area managers to ensure that their current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
? Review legal analyses and sales/technical reports and make recommendations to senior management on how to respond to legal issues or proposed changes in laws and regulations.
? Represent the organization in complex, controversial, significant, or specialized legal proceedings before courts, government agencies, or other authorities so that the organization’s interests are protected.
? Prepare or review more complex materials for external legal counsel so that they are well-prepared to represent the organization in legal proceedings.
? Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.

REQUIREMENT
? 10+ years relevant professional experience preferably as a lawyer or similar in-house role in MNC.
? Demonstrate good drafting and negotiation skills both in English and Chinese
? Be able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
? Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels and of diverse backgrounds.
