CONTEXTE
AEBS (Asia Europe Business School) is a joint-school founded by emlyon business school (France) and East China Normal University (ECNU), China.
We wish to hire a Recruitment Manager of AEBS for emlyon business school Asian Campus.
 
The recruitment manager will be mainly in charge of the recruitment of international students (non-Chinese) for the following programs of AEBS:
- BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) program
- BBA in China and Global Business Studies
- MSc in China and Global Business Studies
- Summer School programs
- Forthcoming programs start from year 2018 
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruit international students (non-Chinese nationality) of AEBS programs in Great China (including Taiwan, HK & Macao); Asia-Pacific, and the globe, meet the recruitment targets.
- Marketing (especially digital marketing) and recruitment strategy
- Formulation of budget according to the strategic action plan  
- Close coordination with Chinese partner, ECNU (East China Normal University), and the head-quarter of emlyon business school on related programs   
- Competitors benchmarking
- Media, social network and website management,
- Participating in education fairs
- Cooperating with Campus France and organizing presentations to prospects
- Organizing presentations in high schools, universities
- Management of contracts with agents
- Personal career consulting services to prospects
- Managing one assistant on the prospects follow up, database maintenance, organize interviews for candidates, manage the admission process, and provide after-admission services (before coming to the AEBS campus in Shanghai)
- Ensure the tuition fee payment, assist Visa logistics  
- Report to the Director of Marketing & Corporate Relations, responsible for the Emlyon Business School Asia. 
 
REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills
? Bachelor's degree (or above)
? Language: English, Chinese and/or French is a plus
? Minimum 2 or 3 years working experience in the related field.
? Willingness and love to travel in China and Asia regions

Management skills
? Target oriented, sprit of intrapreneurship, successful experience in sales and/or marketing, 
? Self-motivated, and also minimum experience on the management of a small team
? Excellent presentation and communication skills
? A high degree of analytical capability, pragmatic reasoning, an ability to coordinate a number of projects at the same time.
? Excellent time-management and organizational skills. 
? Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Applications, email systems.
 
Inter-personal skills
? Strong interpersonal skills are essential. 
? An affable personality and a natural willingness to help and solve problems are considered a definite plus. 
 
Terms of the contract
One year contract, extendable.
Location of the work: Shanghai. Main Office: East China Normal University (3663 Zhongshan Road North 上海市中山北路3663号), with the necessity of paying visits to the campus of AEBS, located at Minhang Zizhu International Education Campus, 闵行区紫竹国际高教园区（近华师大和上海交通大学的闵行校区）
