职位描述：
Main responsibilities:

Planning, installation, execution and evaluation of tests, commissioning and service in-house and at customer site.

1.Arrange testing and inspection work, plan of audits, investigations, individual tests and test series.
2.Define measurement points and test conditions, select test method, define and implement construction of test arrangements.
3.Carry out the incoming inspection of the samples and prepare specimens for examination.
4.Perform single and endurance tests as well as test series, check schedules and adjust if necessary.
5.Evaluate experimental data and interpret results, draft reports, suggest further activities.
6.Connect equipment and systems to existing systems and start-up, perform initial operation, test, optimize and adjust fuctions.
7.Explain the functional to the customer, execute the approval, replace parts and modules as well as make correction seetings.
8.Determine the techinal condition of the equipment and systems, perform the agreed services according to the service contracts.
9.Keep records on error causes, source of interference and repair activities, assign calibration of test devices to internal/external bodies.

Professional Competence:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalant.
2.At least 3 years work experience as a Test Engineer or equivalant. Experience with hydraulic components is preferred.
3.Good command of MS office.
4.Good knowledge of hydraulic systems.
5.Good knowledge of PLC systems.
6.Familiar with the usage and maintenance of test equipment. 举报 分享
