职责
1. 日常财务文档的整理
【应付】 应收账款的客户管理
2. 费用报销、发票审核
【应收】和现有供应商核对帐目、沟通差异项目
3. 制作应付账款余额调节表
4. 财务主管安排的其他事情
5. 制作清关资料包括发票装箱单和海关编码单
6. 检查系统的数据，确保系统数据和我司系统一致
7. 输入所有物流信息到我司系统，包括收货信息，出货信息以及发票信息。
1. Issue QC invoice
2. Enter the sales invoice into Accpac
3. Enter QC invoice for Pimkie
4. Ethers assigned by the manager
5. To issue import clearance docs which including invoice, packing list and HS code sheet for local and offshore shipment
Making out commercial invoice
Making out detailed packing list
Making out HS code Sheet
6. Check the data on shipping docs is same as the one on Our ERP system
7. Key in the logistic data (receipt, shipment, commercial invoices) for both supplier & customer into system.
要求：
1 专科及以上在读学生（会计专业优先考虑，时间越充裕者优先）
2 熟练掌握OFFICE软件（WORD, EXCEL） 英语熟练
3 良好的沟通能力，善于学习，细心，对数据的核对、入账及其他相关处理要一丝不苟，能承担压力。

2 Familiar with OFFICE software (WORD, EXCEL), fluent English
3 Good communication skill, good at learning, carefully, can take pressure.
