主要职责
Main Responsibilities
1. 分析并确定生产工艺要求（技能，直接工时，学习时间和标准工时等）
Analyze and confirm productive technology requirements (skills, direct labor hour, study hour, standard labor time and so on).
2. 确认并完善制造物料清单（BOM）并输入BAAN
Confirm and perfect BOM and input BAAN.
3. 建立并持续完善制造要求（作业指导书，检查表及相关工艺文件），可视化以及标准化
Set up and perfect productive requirements (operation instruction, check list and so on), visualization and standardization.
4. 指导样车或首件产品（确认工程数据，制造方法，工具和工装，标准作业时间并监测实际作业时间）以及培训新员工
Guide sample and the first product (confirm engineering data, production method, tool and frock, standard labor time and monitor actual labor time) and train new stuff.
5. 解决生产中遇到的技术问题，并对员工进行培训
Solve technology problems and train new stuff.
