职位描述：

Job Title: HR&Admin. Intern

Prefer junior students.

If you performed well during the internship period, you will be assigned as HR&Admin. Specialist/Assistant after graduated from the university. The salary will be around CNY 4,500-CNY 5,000 per month before tax. The company offers professional training, flexible working time, annual outing etc. good benefits.

Department/Group: HR&Admin./Shenzhen

Location: Shenzhen

Reports To: Manager, HR&Admin., China

Responsibilities:

HR

1. Assist on HR full function except C&B

Including Recruitment, Staffing (new staff onboard arrangement), Training, ER etc.

2. Assist on some C&B reports including attendance management.

3.Assist on the preparation of HR Various Reports

Administration

1. Assist on Shenzhen/Hong Kong Office administration

Including but not limit to hotel, air ticket, visa, car, conference room arrangements, office suppliers’ management such as stationery, water etc.

2. Assist on the preparation of all kinds of office activities.

3. Assist on the preparation of Various Reports on time

Other tasks assigned by the manager

Skills/Qualifications:

1. College or Bachelor degree, be eager to develop in HR&Admin. function

2. Proficient in MS office software especially excel

3. Good people skills, communication skills

4. Good logic, be efficient under pressure with multi tasks.

5. Good English both in written and spoken
