Job Duty & Responsibility
工作职责

? Responsible for foundry equipment maintenance, work with maintenance team to keep all the equipment running well and control maintenance cost under annual budget. 负责铸造设备的维护，与维修团队合作，保障设备的良好运行，控制维修成本在年度预算的范围内。
? Follow instructions of maintenance supervisor to schedule and execute maintenance plans (annual/monthly/weekly), ensure all equipment run in good and controlled condition. 在维修主管的领导下，制定和实施维修计划（年度、月度、周维修计划），确保设备运行良好可靠。
? Archive and manage technical documents of equipment. Prepare and update document of maintenance, e.g. SOP of maintenance, working instruction of daily check and preventive maintenance. 对设备的技术资料进行归档和管理。编写、更新维修文件，比如维修的SOP、日常检修和预防性维护的工作指导书。
? Conduct equipment fault diagnosis, technology support to repair technician when break down happen. Collect information and prepare proposal for machine rebuilding or reconstruction to reach new request.设备故障发生时进行故障诊断，对维修人员提供技术支持。收集资料对设备改造改建进行提议，以达到新的要求。
? Technology training and conduct production team to operate machines in right way.对生产人员进行设备技术培训，确保设备正确地操作。
? Work with HSE team, manage and improve the safety aspects in foundry workshop.与HSE团队合作，管理和改进铸造车间的安全工作。
? In charge of the firefighting management, safety construction and accident investigation. 做好消防管理、施工安全、事故调查处理等工作
? Organize HSE inspection for workshop and do effective follow-up, provide required assistant and suggestion to corrective actions. 实施HSE检查，进行有效跟踪，并对整改提供帮助和建议。
? Communicate with related department, collect HSE data monthly and make a detail analysis to provide improvement proposal. 与相关部门保持沟通，收集HSE数据并进行分析，提出改善建议。
? Manage the qualifications of the special operations and evaluate the safety performance of foundry workshop sections. 负责特种作业人员资格管理，负责组织各工段的月度安全考核工作。
? Other assignments from the direct superior. 负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

1. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

2. Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 system.

Job Requirement & Qualification
任职要求

? College degree or above, majored in electrical / mechanical or mechatronic. 大专或以上学历，电气、机械或机电专业毕业。
? At least 3 years working experience in equipment maintenance and management, familiar with foundry equipment maintenance, having one years+ related working experience is preferred. 三年以上设备维护和管理经历，熟悉铸造设备维修保养，具备一年以上铸造设备维修相关经历优先。
? Knowledge on safety, industrial hygiene, labor protection and environment protection, 掌握安全、工业卫生、劳动保护及环境保护等知识。
? Ability of discovery on potential accident, accident handling and reporting; skills on analysis on unsafe aspects and organize prevention actions. 能及时发现事故隐患和处理事故；能对常见的不安全因素进行分析，并组织防范
? Basic understanding about ISO14000&OHSA18000. 具有ISO14001 & OHSAS18001管理体系知识。
? Good speaking and writing English. 良好的英语口语表达和写作能力。
