职位描述：
1、制定和设计精益物流方案,包括物料流，超市设计和循环取料；
     Set up and design lean logistics solution, includes:material flow, supermarket design and milkrun;
2、推进和管理精益物流实施项目的过程；
      Carry forward and manage lean logistics in process of logistics project;
3、评估和检验精益物流实施的效果；
      Evaluate and check the final results of lean logisitcs;
4、推进精益物流管理的持续改进；
     Carry forward continuous imporovement(CIP) of lean logistics in SAMAP;
5、配合企业及部门实施的其它精益管理；
    Coordinate with the others depts. to implement lean management and CIP in SAMAP;
6、完成上级主管安排的其它相关工作；
     Undertake the other tasks required from management;
7、熟悉看板原则，有超市料架或循环取料，PFEP等经验；
     Familiar with the Kanban principle, have working experience of material supermarket or Milkrun and PFEP;
8、提供精益工具的培训和改善项目的辅导；
     Provide lean tool training and on line coaching to Kaizen and proble solving;
9. 领导交付的其他任务。
    Undertake the other tasks required from management.

岗位要求：
1、本科或以上,物流管理专业
     Bachelor or above, Logistics management or related
2、精通 WMS,ERP,MMOG/LG
      Proficient in WMS,ERP(QAD is plus),MMOG/LG
3、五年以上物流管理
      5+ years working experience in logistics management
4、计算机操作，MS office精通，PowerPoint 熟练
      Good computer& MS Office,
5、英文听说、读写熟练，四级或以上
     Good language skills in English, both written and spoken, or CET-4 above
6、具有WMS、MMOG/LE等项目实施经验
     WMS,MMOG/LG projects
7、具备团队合作精神、协调能力及管理经验
