职位描述：
1、积极拓展寻求项目来源，储备项目资源；
 2、进行项目的筛选、接洽、谈判，负责项目进展情况的跟踪与联络；
 3、搜集、整理相关资料，进行项目的初期分析，以及项目评估；
 4、挖掘和引导客户需求，通过谈判引导客户接受我司投资模式和理念；
 5、进行项目考察和尽职调查，准备相关考察报告、尽职调查报告及投资分析报告，包括行业及市场分析、建立财务估值模型、财务预测、交易结构设计等，完成尽职调查报告、投资建议书等；
 6、通过相关谈判确定各方面具备投资发行条件。

任职要求：
 1、有海外学习经验优先
 2、金融类、投资管理、关工作经验优先；
 3、有组织或参与基金项目者优先；
 4、具备团队精神和独立工作的能力, 可同时处理多项任务；
 5、两年以上金融、项目管理相关工作经验；
