职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Prepare company weekly and monthly management report
2. Trace all complaints from customer, prepare monthly complaint report
3. Measurement equipment calibration
4. Quality document (work instruction & Procedures) preparation and control.
5. Corrective action and improvement actions like 5 Why, Ishikawa, DMAIC and 8D.
6. Handrail regular external testing
7. Department files management
8. Keep contact to quality department of customers and suppliers

Requirement
1. College above, major in polymer material science and engineering
2. At least 3 years combined management system and auditor experience in ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.
3. Strong knowhow in continuous improvement process, like PDCA, Lean process and 5S.
4. Experience in claim handling, internal and external audit.
5. Six Sigma green belt training preferred
6. Willing to take challenge and can work under high pressure
7. Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills
8. Good communication, coordination skill, Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio) and Minitab skill
9. Good English in spoken and written.
