职位描述
职位要求：
常驻客户现场，依照项目和客户内部的管理规范，带领服务团队成员按照规范完成IT桌面支持服务团队内部的协调
职位描述：
1. 对于一线工程师处理不了的问题，提出Level 2 Support；
2. 对客户内部高层提供IT桌面支持服务（英语）；
3. 确保运维服务质量；
4. 针对转化成问题的事件提出改善建议，并执行服务改善计划；
5. 作为客户和项目经理的接口，接受客户的任务指派，并制定任务计划，负责任务执行；
6. 管理服务团队日常事务；
7. 带领服务团队按照制定的规范完成日常工作；
8. 负责日常交付物的整理及归档；
9. 负责各种运维报表的填写；
任职要求：
1. 丰富的网络管理经验
2. 熟练使用Outlook邮件系统
3. 熟悉局域网建设维护，对于路由器、交换机等常见网络设备使用、管理、维护经验，可以独立分析并解决常见网络故障问题
4. 良好的客户服务意识，良好的英语沟通和书写能力；
5. 担任leader职务2年以上，拥有一定的项目管理与协调能力；
6. 具备基础的流程概念，有外企helpdesk经验者优先；
7. 有MCSE或PMP证书优先；
