职位描述：
? Transform initial rough product designs using computer aided design (CAD) into working documents
? Add structural details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques
? Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new building projects / renovation projects or products
? Support architects, space designers by proposing technical solutions taking in consideration budget and aesthetic issues
? Create and revise production drawings (schematic and detail drawings)
? Lay out interiors and draw landscaping
? Travel regularly to building sites
? May attend client meetings

Qualification

? At least 3 years’ experience in design / architecture agency, experience in retail and large-scale projects is a plus
? Associate's degree or completion of a technical trade school in CAD, drafting or related field
? Excellent knowledge of construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
? Good knowledge of design, trends
? High detailed and technical skills
? Advanced space planning skills
? Advanced knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
? Solid technical proficiency of architectural and construction software (AutoCAD, sketchup), 3D software (3DSmax, Rhino) proficiency is a plus, if not, good knowledge of 3DSmax is required, good proficiency of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Adobe Acrobat) and all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
? Excellent time management skills
? Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Have confidence and a mature personality, able to work in a team as well as carrying tasks alone when assigned
? Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment
? Ability to learn and adapt new design skills, be pro-active and always looking for self-improvement
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
