1、 对公司项目提供结构生物学方面的技术和理论支撑，包括但不限于如下内容 1） 结构预测或解析 2） 治疗性蛋白质与其靶点间相互作用模拟分析
2、结合生物信息学、结构生物学、分子生物学等多学科技术与经验，开发或者优化小分子候选化合物，协助或承担新药研发项目。
3、能够熟练使用结构生物学的有关软件，熟悉分子模拟技术，熟悉蛋白结构解析； 进行蛋白质/小分子化合物建模与空间结构分析

任职资格：
1. 结构生物学相关专业具有相关工作经验的硕士学历或博士学历
2. 勤奋好学，服从工作安排，有强烈事业心和主观能动性
